Camping Harenda

The campsite is quite pricey in our opinion. We paid 200 zloty per night for a camper for two people with electricity. Showers also have to be paid for, at 1 zloty per minute. If you only get cold water, the fun quickly goes away. The manager was very friendly and helpful, though. Zakopane, with its pleasant tourist center, is about 4 km away. Nearby, there's a walk to Lake Morskie Oko.

Great campsite. We stayed here for 5 (!) nights. It was wonderfully peaceful. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but work well and are clean compared to many other campsites in Poland. We always showered in the evenings after hiking, and the water was lovely and hot. A photo of each new guest's license plate was taken, I think for their records. Waste must be strictly separated, otherwise you'll receive a fine.

The view is undeniable, it is beautiful. There are nice birds to see. This campsite is not recommended. Strange price structure, rules and customs (you have to sign that you separate the waste properly, the toilet is flushed with blue liquid (doesn't seem natural) and therefore not value for money. The lady took a picture of our camper without permission, no idea why. Not a nice feeling.
