Nesjartun Camping

Beautifully situated, small campsite. From the flat terraces, you have a true view of the lake from every pitch. Yes, the campsite is right on the E39, so you occasionally hear a car passing by at night. We didn't find this bothersome at all (especially not for a campsite where you know in advance that it's located along the road). It was very quiet when we were there, with a maximum of 15 pitches occupied. The sanitary facilities are basic but clean. Great spot!

Very nice place, warm host. Owner answered all our requests. There is a kitchen, separate place for washing dishes, shower and toilet. washing and drying for an additional fee of 50 crowns each. Beautiful view on the deepest lake in Europe.

small but nice campsite, a pity that it is close to the road, we found the noise of passing cars disturbing.
