Cancelling more than 30 days before arrival:
A paid booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date. The full amount of this reservation will be refunded, minus commission and administration fees.
Cancelling less than 30 days before arrival:
If the guest decides to cancel the paid booking within 30 days before the arrival date, you and the guest must agree together whether the guest will receive a refund. If you both agree, you (or the guest) can contact Campercontact. In addition, you will be responsible for the reservation fees.
We charge the commission only on the overnight rate, not on extras, surcharges or options.
