So, the humming and occasional start-up of the compressors is kept to a minimum, and the view is very beautiful. The mozzarella and Parmesan (we bought the 2-year-old) are delicious. There aren't any explicit signs indicating that you're allowed to park there. A bit odd, but buying it at the farm shop will be fine.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The people are incredibly friendly. I took the tour in the morning, which was also fantastic! You can use the electricity for free, there's no charge for an overnight stay, but you're welcome to buy something in their shop in return; they have all sorts of delicious products! The only thing you can't do is dispose of your toilet and wastewater, but that's a minor detail compared to everything else.

The place is beautiful, free, and they even let us hook up to electricity! In exchange, they only ask that we buy some of their products. We bought the Parmigiano Reggiano Heart (fantastic flavor!) and their gelato. We slept well at night, and in the morning, we even watched the Parmigiano Reggiano being made.
