  • What are the Campercontact Awards?

    The Campercontact Awards is anelection, where motorhome enthusiasts can vote for their favourite nominated motorhome site and/or campsite in a particular country. In 2023 there are six participating countries. 

  • How are the nominees selected?

    The nominated motorhome sites are determined according to the highest average visitor ratings in the previous year. Locations must also have received a minimum of 15 unique reviews on Campercontact during that year.

  • Which countries are participating?

    During the Campercontact Awards 2023, the participating countries are: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

  • How does the voting work?

    Motorhomers can click through to the nominated sites per country via this overview page. Via the orange voting button below the motorhome site, you can then vote for your favourite. To do so, leave your e-mail address via the form and confirm your vote by e-mail. This confirmation is requested to prevent voting fraud.

  • On how many motorhome sites can I vote?

    You can vote for one motorhome site per category per participating country. So you can vote for your favourite motorhome stopover and your favourite campsite per participating country.

  • Why do I have to enter my e-mail address?

    To prevent voting fraud, we ask people to confirm their vote by e-mail.

  • I do not receive a confirmation, what can I do?

    Unfortunately, you may not receive a confirmation email to confirm your vote. There are a number of options that could solve this:

    1. Check if the confirmation e-mail ended up in your junk mailbox (spam). Add our sender to the safe list so that the mail will not end up in your junk mail in the future.

    2. You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. In that case, please vote again and check your e-mail address carefully. If you get a message saying that you have already voted, you had entered the correct mail address. Number 1 may be the case.

  • I have voted, but I want to withdraw my vote. Is this possible?

    No, unfortunately this is not possible. A vote once cast remains valid.

  • My own motorhome site is not yet listed on Campercontact, but I would like it to be. How can I do this?

    Great, your motorhome site is also welcome! This page explains how to register your location.

  • I have my own motorhome site and would like to take part in the Campercontact Awards, how can I enter?

    The nominated motorhome stopovers and campsites are determined based on the highest average reviews by visitors in the previous year. Sites must also have received a minimum of 15 unique reviews on the Campercontact platform during that year. If you are one of the five motorhome sites or campsites with the highest rating and you have received at least 15 reviews in the previous year, you are nominated.

    In short: make sure you are on Campercontact, that the information on our platform is up to date, that you keep your visitors more than satisfied and that you encourage them to leave a review on Campercontact. And who knows, maybe next year you will be in the list of nominated sites😊!
